Music fans would do just about anything to get into the Roots Jam Session in L.A. on Saturday night.

The sixth annual fete, which was hosted by John Legend and featured a performance by Estelle, was so tough to get into that “people were tracking down the event producers and offering them cash,” an insider snitched. In fact, “One guy even offered to wash the car of the event producer for a year straight in exchange for a ticket.”

Of course, a few celebs were lucky enough to get in to the Green Music Group fete without having to offer any services, including the Jonas Brothers, Macy Gray, Linkin Park and Ryan Phillippe.
